Standard Foundry Processes

AS130FF: 130nm IDG SOI CMOS. Contact
ASI for early development status.
3. BEOL: 1,3 and 5 metal interconnect processing.
Stand alone or combined with Front End Process of choice.
Custom Foundry Processes
1. Custom Processing: Industry standard fab process steps available
for customer defined devices or processes. "Copy similar"
or full process development and integration. Contact ASI Sales for
more detailed information.
2. Novel Materials: Call ASI Sales Support for
Fab qualification of unique or novel materials.

CMOS technology to help create new design opportunities. But you need a custom
process? We can provide high-volume production
of CUSTOMER specified manufacturing processes.
