Custom Process Development
For researchers that have new materials and/or sturctures, ASI can provide manufacturable process "recipes" to produce the new technology. Our advanced development experience and modeling capability can provide a step by step runcard, structural models and electrical simulation of the new device.
Custom Process Prototype
American Semiconductor can provide low cost prototyping of custom processes.
Custom Process Production
American Semiconductor can provide process transfer, logistics support and complete turn-key foundry services for novel custom technology utilizing a variety of cost effective process sub-contractors.
